Night cream and facial serum oil are equally important when it comes to maintaining a healthy, hydrated skin. To maintain optimum balance the skin requires 70% water and 30% oil. If night cream and facial serum are used without a hydrator, (toner spritz) they can create a barrier against hydration, causing skin to break out. Facial serum oil is important as it helps the skin retain the water that’s put into it. Night cream is important as it repairs soothes and regenerates the skin overnight, while in the repair stage.

Calophyllum Inophyllum (Tamanu) Cold Pressed Oil: Tamanu oil has unique anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties accelerating the repair and healing of abrasions, acne scars, skin inflammation, irritation and redness. Tamanu oil fights excess bacteria clogged in pores, the main cause of acne and skin breakouts. Tamanu oil provides a soothing, calming, skin softening effect helping to promote the formation of healthy new skin tissue. 

Camellia Japonica (Camellia) Tsubaki Cold Pressed Oil: A treasured secret of the Geisha, Tsubaki oil is rich in oleic acid, vitamins A, B, D and E as well as numerous polyphenol antioxidants to soothe and combat inflammation, regenerating the skin. A rich and nourishing source of Omega-6 Linoleic fatty acids. Linoleic acid's anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, acne reductive and moisture retentive properties make it ideal for acneic, oily and sensitive skin. Hippophae Rhamnoides (Seabuckthorn) Fruit Oil: This reparative deeply hydrating fruit oil contains high concentrations of palmitoleic acids and flavonoids,that synergistically reduce the signs of aging and promote the overall health of the skin by enhancing elasticity through cell renewal. Seabuckthorn oil is rich in vitamin C, tocotrienols/tocopherol (vitamin E), carotenoids (vitamin A) and Omegas 3, 6, 9. Long lasting moisturising activity, provides protection against dehydration. Oxidative stress, UVB. Eliminates active oxygen (superoxide) molecular radicals, that contribute to premature aging. Inhibits elastine, enzymes, responsible for the degradation of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. Reduces overproduction of skin sebum.
