Facial serum oil, daily moisturiser and night cream are equally important when it comes to maintaining a healthy, hydrated skin. To maintain optimum balance the skin requires 70% water and 30% oil.

If facial serum oil, daily moisturiser or night cream are used without a hydrator, (toner spritz) they can create a barrier against hydration, causing skin to break out. Facial serum oil is important as it helps the skin heal and retain the water that’s put into it. Daily moisturiser is important as it acts as the protectant against free radicals, dehydration, oxidative stress, and environmental toxins.
